Benefits to Members
Everyone
is invited to attend 1 meeting at no charge as our guest. Membership
is $90.00 per year per person or $140.00 for 2 people (partner, spouse
or friend). You can also pay as you go. Per event charges are $15.00
per event. Members receive additional discounts on our one day
workshops, cash flow game and other events throughout the year.
Members are also entitled to bring their property flyers for display at
our meeting.
STREET Membership:
Your membership pays for one year of meetings with the opportunities to
network and learn, participate in raffles, win door prizes, attend
socials, access website info and much more.
Mentoring Program: Building Relationships for Real Estate Growth.
STREET will provide a place for peers to exchange information
through bulletin board postings, and group & round table
discussions. To promote practical
knowledge, acquisition, management, and disposition of Real Estate
through ongoing education, discussion, and networking and the opportunity to meet with others who share similar interests and experiences.
Panels Of Professionals(POP): STREET invites professionals from related fields for leadership coaching as panel speakers on various products and issues. STREET members
take an active role in participating in the panel, learning about
topics relevant to real estate investing and have the opportunity to
network with the speakers after the panel discussions.
Raffles & Door Prizes: By attending a STREET meeting you’ll be eligible to win a raffle or door prize! Bring a guest and they can also enter! Prizes vary.
“How To’s”: Opportunites to learn
techniques such as – How to install a window, simple plumbing
fixes, drywall repair, rehabbing, etc. A place to network, participate in sub-groups of people with similar rehabbing interests, find other members with the skills who can help you with your repair needs.
Lease review: STREET organizes a lease review time for its members. Exchanging clauses and keeping up to date on legal matters through networking and roundtable exchanges.
Role Playing: Mock interviews to help members be prepared for interviewing tenants by refining their phone skills and style. Pair up with other members to review applications and fine tune your screening criteria.
Market Area: Exchange information with members and have a view on where the real estate markets are headed.
Round Table Discussions:
STREET will provide a place to exchange information with other members
and guest speakers on related topics of importance to real estate. Our
Panel of Professionals will promote networking for the understanding
and cooperation between the beginning and more experienced investors
and to encourage the exchange of ideas between all investors.
Socials – Luncheons/Dinners, Cash Flow Games & Raffles:
We will all have fun and build a network of friends for life in the
real estate field! Including Networking Luncheons or Dinners at local
restaurants. Learning though STREET activities such as playing the Cash Flow Game
Book Reviews: Network with others on printed information and books related to real estate investing. STREET
will provide an opportunity for members to exchange their thoughts on
related real estate books and exchange information of what they read
and how it applies to our industry.
