CASHFLOW is an educational board game that teaches accounting, finance, and investing at the same time - and makes learning fun.

Playing CASHFLOW® you can learn the basics and fundamental of investing and how to take control of your personal finances, build a business through proper cash flow management, and learn how to invest with greater confidence in real estate and other businesses.

Investing can be a Team Sport! Players will receive coaching/guidance from other STREET members throughout the game. Have fun while you learn and meet other like-minded, self- motivated people.

(The Rat Race is where most of us are trapped day-in and day-out.)

Part 2 - Fast Track - The “Fast Track” is the outer track on the game board.
(The Fast Track is where the Rich play the game of money.)

Once you’ve moved form the Rat Race to the Fast Track your goals are to:
